His practice focuses on commercial contracts, intellectual property protection, data privacy and security, risk management, and strategic transactions that drive business objectives while safeguarding client and company interests.

Before joining Smartworks Solutions, Robert served as Senior Corporate Counsel at a leading software development firm, where he managed complex technology agreements, SaaS contracts, and partnership negotiations with Fortune 500 clients. He led the company's legal compliance initiatives for GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA regulations, while advising executive leadership on corporate governance, employment law, and strategic risk mitigation.
