named by AI for a core clinical use case the company is known for, while the company itself was left out. Its homepage gave AI engines only two headings to work with.
AI Visibility · Answer engine optimization
When your buyers ask AI, does it name you?
Buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity which vendor to choose, and many act on the answer without ever seeing a page of search results. We measure whether AI recommends you, fix the reasons it doesn’t, and re-test every month to prove what changed.

Why it matters
Ranking in Google no longer guarantees you’re in the answer
SEO and AEO build on each other. A well-ranked page can still be invisible to an AI model if it isn’t clear, specific and structured enough to quote.

How we work
Measure, improve, prove, then repeat every month
- 1
Measure
We test the questions your buyers really ask against the major AI assistants and record who they recommend. That becomes your saved baseline.
- 2
Improve
We fix the highest-impact gaps first: answer-first pages, comparison and FAQ content, structured data, llms.txt and crawler access.
- 3
Prove
We re-run the same saved questions every month and report the change, so progress is a number you can show leadership.
What we check
Five things decide whether AI recommends you
- Who AI recommendsFor each buyer question: are you named, who is named instead, and is the mention positive?
- Whether AI can read your siterobots.txt, llms.txt, sitemaps and page structure, the technical basics that decide what AI crawlers see.
- Content gapsThe buyer questions your site doesn’t answer clearly, ranked by how often they’re asked.
- Your brand footprintHow consistently you appear on the directories, reviews, profiles and reference sites AI models trust.
- Traffic from AIWhich assistants send you visitors, which pages they land on, and whether they convert.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is AI visibility, or answer engine optimization (AEO)?
AEO is the work of making sure AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity can find, understand and recommend your company when buyers ask them questions. It covers your content, your site’s technical setup and how your brand appears across the web.
How is AEO different from SEO?
SEO earns a ranking in a list of links. AEO earns a mention inside the answer itself. The two build on each other: a page still has to be crawlable and indexed, but it also has to be clear, specific and structured enough for an AI model to quote it.
What is in the free AI Visibility Snapshot?
We test a set of real buyer questions against AI assistants and show who they recommend, check whether AI crawlers can read your site, and list the three fixes we would make first. It is built entirely from public information, so nothing is installed on your site.
How do you prove the work is paying off?
We save the exact questions we test in your baseline and re-run them every month. You see the change in how often AI names you, and which competitors it names instead, rather than an opinion about whether things feel better.
What does the AI Visibility Assessment cost?
The Assessment is a fixed fee of $4,500 and takes two weeks. Our first 10 clients pay a founding-client price of $2,500, available through December 31, 2026. It includes a 60-minute readout, a 30-day roadmap and a re-test 30 days later. If you start a monthly program within 90 days, the full fee is credited toward it.
Do we need to replace our SEO agency?
No. We work alongside your current SEO and web teams and hand them a clear technical and content list. Many of the fixes, such as structured data and llms.txt, also help traditional search.
